The context for our work remains leadership and culture. The primary focus of our work is on managers as the expression and conduit of these.
In terms of culture, engagement, and performance we believe that managers are the most impactful people in the organisation. We need brilliant leadership absolutely (and many great consultants are offering programs in that space).

As we move into the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, there are challenging times ahead. That's why we're partnering with the Tasmanian Training Consortium to present Adaptive leadership for disruptive times, a course for middle and senior leaders to expand their perspectives and skills in leading change in disruptive times.
Frameworks for Change Director Helen Rees will be facilitating the course, drawing on her study with the Harvard Kennedy School.
There’s no roadmap on how to best lead and work together through a pandemic - leaders and managers need to pave the way and respond to what is needed.
